Standard

  • STR-ready, not white-glove.
    Focus on just the essentials—beds/linens reset, trash, bathrooms, kitchen wipe-down, floors, and high-touch areas—so the home is clean, guest-ready, and cost-efficient between stays. This is a reliable turnover for normal use, not a deep detail service.

  • Pricing starts at $0.15 per sq/ft.

  • Whole-Home Reset

    -Strip used beds and bag laundry for linens/towels (off-site laundry required).

    -Make beds neatly with host-provided, second set of linens.

    -Collect and remove trash from all rooms; replace liners.

    -Vacuum/sweep all floors and rugs; quick mop of hard floors.

    -Wipe high-touch surfaces: door handles, light switches, remotes, railings.

    -Light dusting of easy-reach surfaces (nightstands, TV stands, dressers, window sills, fans).

    Kitchen

    -Load and run dishwasher (or hand-wash dishes; this is a surcharge. To avoid- please have your guests start cycle or wash).

    -Put dishes away.

    -Wipe countertops, table, and backsplash for visible crumbs/spills.

    -Wipe cabinet pulls spot clean faces for smudges and grime.

    -Quick wipe interior and exterior of appliances (fridge, stove, microwave).

    -Check fridge for obvious leftovers or condiments and dispose.

    -Wipe of any countertop appliances.

    -Vacuum and quickly mop hard floors

    -Reset kitchen: straighten items, replace dish towels, arrange essentials.

    -Set out any host-provided supplies.

    Bathrooms

    -Clean and disinfect toilet (inside and out), sink, and vanity.

    -Wipe mirrors and chrome fixtures.

    -Replace towels with clean sets and restock toilet paper (host-provided).

    -Empty bathroom trash and reset with clean liners.

    Living Areas & Bedrooms

    -Tidy and reset furniture, pillows, and throws.

    -Wipe obvious fingerprints/smudges on doors and light switches.

    -Wipe coffee tables, side tables and other high-touch surfaces.

    -Spot clean of mirrors and glass surfaces.

    -Check under beds/sofas for trash and personal items left behind.

    -Confirm all doors/windows are locked and lights are off/on as requested.

    -Top off basic supplies from on-site stock (trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, TP, etc.).

    For expectations: this is not a deep clean or premium detail service.

    Not included in Standard (0–1500 sq ft):

    -Inside oven deep clean or scrub or full interior fridge/freezer deep clean-outs.

    -Full wall/baseboard washing or detail-level dusting (vents, blinds, tops of -cabinets, etc.).

    -Interior window/detail glass cleaning beyond quick obvious spots.

    -Heavy decluttering, excessive trash/party cleanup, or post-construction type mess.

    -Exterior services (patio/deck clean-up, grilling area scrubbing, window washing, soft washing).

    Those items either move the visit into Premium or your top-tier STR package, or can be booked as separate add-on services. (Ask about our add-ons, we offer tons of services to enhance your rental)

    -Strip used beds and inventory, then bag linens/towels (off-site laundry, required).

    +Make beds hotel-style with host-provided linens, plus pillow + throw staging.

    +Thorough vacuum of all carpets and rugs, including edges and under movable furniture.

    +Vacuum and mop all hard floors with extra attention to traffic lanes and kitchen/bath areas.

    -Wipe high-touch surfaces (doors, switches, remotes, railings, appliance handles, etc.).

    +Expanded dusting (3ft swiffer pole + arms length): furniture, decor, window sills, baseboards in traffic areas, vents at reachable height.

    Kitchen – “Guest Actually Uses This” Level

    -Loading and starting the dishwasher, if necessary. (This is a surcharge: to avoid this, please have your guests start a cycle or wash)

    -Put dishes away.

    +Wipe and disinfect countertops, cabinet knobs/pulls, backsplash, table, and chairs.

    -Quick clean of interior and exterior of appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher).

    +Check and clean under/behind beds and sofas for trash, lost items, and dust bunnies.

    Entry, Decks & Outdoor Touch-Up

    What This Tier Is Not:

    To keep expectations clear, this "Superhot Signature Turnover" is top-tier for normal guest use, not a restoration service. It does not include:

    -Hoarder/party trash-outs, biohazard cleanup, or post-flood/fire work.

    -Carpet shampooing, upholstery extraction, or pressure washing.

    -Full exterior house wash, gutter cleaning, or roof washing.

    -Major maintenance cleaning like grout revive or mold remediation.

    Those can be quoted separately or covered under your exterior “hero” services (soft washing, window cleaning, etc.) as their own packages. If you bundle this service with one or more "hero" services, you can save big!
