Detail-Oriented Premium Package

Go beyond the basics—inside appliances and cabinets, under safely movable furniture, and the detailed edges most services skip—so your home gets a true top-to-bottom (inside-out) clean, not just a surface-level reset.
Pricing starts at $0.42 per sq/ft.
- First-time clean with you (baseline reset)
- Heavy build-up in kitchens/baths
- Move-in / move-out or post-renovation dust
- Homes that haven’t been detailed in 60–90+ days

What’s the Difference?

General Premium

A light, maintenance clean focused on open, visible areas—quick straightening, dusting main reachable surfaces, mirrors, floors, and basic kitchen/bath wipe-downs. We clean around items without moving furniture or appliances, and we stick to the main trash cans and high-use touchpoints.

Detail-Oriented

A more thorough, detail-forward clean that covers more surfaces and touchpoints—high/low dusting, doors/switches, under small moveable items, and more complete kitchen and bathroom detailing. It includes broader appliance wipe-downs, microwave interior, stainless polish, fuller shower/toilet scrubbing, and trash taken out to the main bin.

-Clean under reachable furniture (couches, beds, tables, dressers—getting as best as we can without moving the piece).
-Dust surfaces including furniture, shelves, baseboards, doors, light switches, vents, frames & more.
-Spot wash walls and baseboards as needed for scuffs, fingerprints, and smudges.
-Vacuum carpets thoroughly, including edges and under reachable furniture.
-Mop all hard floors.
-Spot clean interior windows.
-Clean mirrors and all glass surfaces to a streak-free shine.
-Vacuum upholstery.
-Dust blinds thoroughly.
-Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and fixtures.
Kitchen
-Clean outside the refrigerator.
-Clean outside the oven.
-Clean inside and outside the microwave.
-Clean outside cabinets and drawers.
-Clean outside dishwasher.
-Clean stovetop, burners, drip pans, knobs, and polish the range.
-Scrub and sanitize sink, faucet, and backsplash.
-Clean and polish all stainless-steel surfaces.
-Sanitize trash bins inside and out; replace liners.
-Quick clean of any small counter top appliances.
-Mop kitchen floors.
Bathrooms
-Scrub and disinfect toilet inside/outside/base.

-Clean mirrors, glass, and shower doors with streak-free polish.
-Scrub and sanitize sinks, faucets, countertops.

-Move and clean under reachable beds and furniture (as best as we can without moving the piece).
-Change and/or make bed with fresh linens.

Entryways & Hallways
-Sanitize all door handles, railings, and high-touch areas.
-Sweep/vacuum/mop floors, including behind/under reachable furniture.
-Dust tables, lamps, décor, and wall surfaces.
Final Touches
-Empty all trash bins and replace liners.
-Final walkthrough to ensure every detail is completed for a perfect finish.
